Insurance

- Involved in the establishment of automobile warranty market in South Africa and in Australia on behalf of principals in the United Kingdom; legal liability insurance; substantial experience in the establishment of captive insurance programmes designed for the South African market and in Legal Aid/Assistance Insurance on behalf of principals in the United Kingdom and in America.

Litigation

- Extensive experience with High Court litigation in commercial matters; right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa; extensive work with Senior Counsel on several leading cases reported in the South African Law Report on liens, bills of exchange, provisional sentence, interpretation of statutes, arbitration, and copyright.
