PART B INFORMATION REQUIRED IN TERMS OF SECTION 51(1)(b) In terms of section 10 of the Act, a guide will be compiled by the South African Human Rights Commission ("the SAHRC") containing such information as may be required by a person who wishes to exercise any right contemplated in the Act. The guide will be made available in all official languages by the SAHRC and is obtainable from the SAHRC. PART C INFORMATION REQUIRED IN TERMS OF SECTION 51(1)(c) At this stage no notices has/have been published.
PART D INFORMATION REQUIRED IN TERMS OF SECTION 51(1)(d) Winston Miller Attorneys keeps information/holds records in accordance with the following legislation: a) Various Acts and Legislation of the Republic of South Africa.
Any documentation/information that is of a public nature is available automatically without a person having to request access thereto in terms of the Act, as envisaged in section 52.
PART E INFORMATION REQUIRED IN TERMS OF SECTION 51(1)(e) Winston Miller attorneys holds the information/records listed below:
   Winston Miller Attorneys maintains a website. www.lawchambers.co.za It is recorded that any of the information or documentation requested pertaining to the aforesaid shall only be made available to a requestor subject to the provisions of the Act. None of the information held by Winston Miller Attorneys is automatically available without a person having to request in terms of and subject to the provisions of the Act. A request for information held by Winston Miller Attorneys must be in the prescribed form, addressed to the designated information officer and submitted against payment of the prescribed fee. Winston Miller Attorneys may refuse to disclose records/information in accordance with the Act.
PART F INFORMATION REQUIRED IN TERMS OF SECTION 51(1)(f) The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development has to date not published any regulations in terms of this section.
PART G AVAILABILITY OF THE MANUAL: SECTION 51(3) This manual is available for inspection at the offices of Winston Miller Attorneys. Copies of the manual may be obtained, subject to the prescribed fees, at the offices of Winston Miller Attorneys. The Manual may be accessed on the SAHRC's website (www. sahrc.org.za) and will be published in the Government Gazette. Please note that the manual accessible on the website of the SAHRC and in the Government Gazette, does not include the request forms or fee structure. The request forms and fee structure can be obtained on the SAHRC's website or the website of the Department of Justice and constitutional Development (www.doi.gov.za) (under "regulations").
PART H HOW TO REQUEST ACCESS TO A RECORD The requester must use the prescribed form to make the request for access to a record. This must be made to the designated Information Officer. The request must made to the address, fax number or electronic mail address of Winston Miller Attorneys. The requester must provide sufficient detail on the request form to enable the Information Officer to identify the record and the requestor. The requestor should also indicate which form of access is required. The requestor should also indicate if any other manner is to be used to inform the requestor and state the necessary particulars to be so informed. The requestor must identify the right the right that is sought to be exercised to be protected and provide an explanation of why the requested record is required for the exercise or protection of that right. If a request is made on behalf of another person, the requestor must then submit proof of the capacity in which the requestor is making the request to the satisfaction of the head of the private body.
