Admitted as an attorney of the Supreme Court of South Afria, 1965; Notary Public for the Province of the Transvaal and the Cape of Good Hope, 1965.

Admitted to practice as an attorney and Notary Public in the Republic of Lesotho, 1967.

Right of appearance in High Court/Supreme Court 1998.

Commissioner Small Claims Court Johannesburg.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

Articled to Mr Isaac Mendelow of the Johannesburg firm of Mendelow and Browde, 1961-1964.

Admitted as State Advocate, 1966. Acted as State Prosecutor for approximately one year in Johannesburg and Pretoria in the prosecution of criminal offenses.

Thereafter, professional assistant with the firm Sonnenberg, Hoffman, and Galombik of Cape Town.

In 1969, joined the firm Civin and Davis as a partner and remained in this capacity in the firm subsequently know as Civin-Miller, and in 1986 Civin, Soller, Miller & PArtners. Period 1987 to 1991 senior partner in Miller-Ziman Incorporated. April 1991 commenced practice for own account under the style of Miller-Associates.

General experience gained in commercial and litigation practice for a period of approximately three decades.

EXTRA-CURRICULA GENERAL

Awarded full colours at University for Gymnastics. Obtained Transvaal Provincial colours for Gymnastics and represented South Africa in an international competition against Japan in 1960.
